Important

As we integrate the OneTrust and Convercent Ethics and Compliance product lines, we will temporarily have information that lives in the myOneTrust and Converge communities and knowledge bases. This article is relevant for Helpline & Case Manager. In case you have landed in the wrong place, additional information on accessing the Converge knowledge base can be found in the article for Accessing Ethics Cloud Products in the Converge Community.

With the Helpline & Case Manager module, you can create multiple Ethics Portals to support your organization's collection requirements based on unique jurisdictions, access controls, and multiple brand offerings.

Intake by Region

Similar to request management, the administration of ethics cases can often be determined or affected by jurisdiction for organizations who operate at the global level. Creating a dedicated portal for each jurisdiction allows your organization to receive cases particular to a region (Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, etc.) with the appropriate customizations, setting preferences, and language options required.

Case Access Controls & Compliance Teams

Handing down cases to the appropriate compliance team and case workflows is easily accomplished with dedicated portals. Configure each portal's settings to select which case admins or user groups should be assigned by default. Because case access is strictly limited by role and permission sets, you'll need to configure these user roles prior to portal assignment.

For more information, see Managing Case Access Controls.

Supporting Multiple Brand Stylings

Multiple portals means your parent organization can support a branded submission method for each face of your business. Use the available customization options to create a styled portal to offer users a branded experience to ensure they are submitting to the correct organization level.
